Slim and Sassy Wrap
Body wraps have been trending all over the place! And, unsurprisingly, it’s because they actually work.
I can’t tell you the countless wrap “parties” I have thrown where women would be amazed to see 2-3 inches come off from their waist.
Now, this is not guaranteed in all cases and it really depends on your health and fitness level. But what I can tell you is that you will definitely feel a difference as the wrap is designed to pull toxins out of your fat cells using powerful essential oils.
It’s kind of crazy the amount of toxins that our body stores in our fat! To have a better idea of just how many toxins you are releasing, you can measure your body parts (waist, thigh, etc.) before and after you apply the wrap to them. Just don’t wrap your face!
Easy Slim and Sassy Wrap Recipe
- 40 drops doTERRA Slim & Sassy oil blend
- 15 drops doTERRA Eucalyptus oil
- 15 drops doTERRA Wintergreen oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Peppermint oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Lavender oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Grapefruit oil
- 5 drops doTERRA Cypress oil
- 4 oz fractionated coconut oil
- Mix your essential oils and fractionated coconut oil together in a glass spray bottle.
- Spray on tummy, hips, or thighs.
- Cover area with muslin (optional) and wrap with 3 layers of plastic wrap for 1-2 hours.
- For best results, you can even leave it on overnight.
