Kimberley’s Journal Entry – DAY 12
What do I want for Christmas?

No amount of good sleep will fix the terrible feeling of waking up to a messy house, though. Okay. One more change… I want the gift of unending HOUSEKEEPING. A team of dedicated cleaners… a magical vacuum… I don’t care how it’s done! I just never want to clean again!

29 thoughts on “doTERRA Gave To Me…”

  1. Over Christmas I would like to cultivate a calming enviornment using lavender and clary sage. Top it up with some chamomile or ginger tea. And perhaps a sprig of Wintergreen or Fir to restore oneself to start the new year fresh

  2. I would like to cultivate the emotions of peace and calm this Christmas season, and one of the essential oils that will help me achieve that is Roman Chamomile.

  3. it may sound funny, but mothers of 1+ children (with a small age difference between children) need to control their emotional state. This is especially true on the eve of any holidays (especially Christmas). when you are trying to have time to buy gifts, decorate the house, cook a lot of food, at the same time you help prepare for tests at schools, entertain the younger ones and still not forget about bougie and yourself at this moment.
for me, it’s ideal to go into the bathroom, dim the lights, fill the jacuzzi, put on a backlit diffuser, and put a couple of drops of relaxing essential oils into the diffuser and the jacuzzi itself.

    1. I would like to cultivate a feeling of peace and calm this holiday season. I feel like lavender would help with this. I think balance would also help me stay grounded throughout the hectic season.

  4. After such a busy month of trying to meet everyone’s needs, the one emotion I would like to cultivate this Christmas season is peace and calmness. To achieve this, I would use Lavender or Roman Chamomile

  5. I would like everyone to be CALM and RELAXED and to enhance those feelings, Im going to diffuse Ylang-Ylang.

I received a Holiday Peace and Holiday Joy yesterday and I’ll also diffuse Holiday Peace, because I love the fresh smell and how it grounds me and clears my mind. Im definitely going to diffuse that as well.

  6. I would like to cultivate forgiveness this season, the oil blend for that is forgive to help me forgive past hurts, release the anger and hurt and put them in the past and help move through the loss of friends that have passed this year and release the emotional trauma.

  7. a-morin@hotmail.ca

I would like to cultivate calming and stabilizing emotions this Christmas. Oils that I already have to help with these emotions would be Lavender, petitigran, Bergamot, Roman chamomile, Cedarwood, and Vetiver.

  8. I would like to stay grounded and balanced during this time as I’m flying over to be with family I haven’t seen in a long time. Balance will help with any anxious feelings and give me a feeling of tranquility. 🧘‍♀️

  9. One emotion I’d love to cultivate this Christmas season is peace because it’s been a consistently stressful past few months, so I’d like to end this year off on a good note, and start the new one off even better with more solid, peace.
A few oils that will help me to achieve this goal/desire is the Adaptiv or Balance Blend, Serenity Blend, Peace Blend, Forgiveness Blend, Copaiba, Frankincense, Myrrh, really anything calming (so woodsy scents/oils and/or grounding ones) 🙂

  10. Well… I have a whole tree in my house… so have some grounding aroma happening. 😀🎄. I usually focus on calming like Clary Sage, but I would like to cultivate more uplifting scents. I am going to try Wild Orange and Douglas fir oil in my diffuser.

  11. Having recently experience the lost of a dear one in our family, I want to cultivate feelings of connection, love and compassion for my family at Christmas this year. I know Frankincence, Peace, Passion, Holiday Joy and Holiday Peace will be great options to achieve this.

  12. I would like to cultivate harmony. It is a difficult time to be together with so many different personalities, and I am personally not looking forward to the holidays.

So I guess I also want to cultivate some enthusiasm! Don’t want to be a Scrooge.

  13. I will be diffusing Holiday Peace over the holidays. In need of some peace after all the hecticness of the season lol! Holiday peace includes Siberian Fir for feeling empowered, Douglas Fir for feeling renewed, grapefruit for feeling validated, and frankincense for feeling unified.

    Empowered, Renewed, Validated and Unified!

If I can give my family the gift of having these 4 emotions on Christmas that would be the best present I could hope for!!
