About Lesson

Three Zendocrine

On the third day of Christmas, dōTERRA gave to me:
Three Zendocrine

Before we start into DAY 03, I have a question for you… do you feel clean? I mean, really clean. Not just “yeah, I showered this morning” clean, but clean on the inside of your body too. If you’ve ever done a cleanse or fasted for a couple days, you’ll know what I mean. When you’re deeply clean, you feel great inside. There’s no achy rock weighing down your belly or gassy river rolling through your intestines. So… do you feel clean? If not, maybe try extra hard to win today’s prize!

The Prize

1x 15mL dōTERRA’s Zendocrine Detoxification Blend
1x Zendocrine Detoxification Blend Softgels
1x Zendocrine Detoxification Complex

How To Enter

Step 01 – Read the Education content below. To get past Step 02, you’ll actually need to read it!
Step 02 – Complete the Third Day of Christmas Quiz.
Step 03 – If you have any questions about the lesson, ask in the Comment Section at the bottom of the page.

BONUS ENTRY
In the Comment Section below, post your favourite healthy recipe (preferably one that’s tasty too)!

Education

Zendocrine is dōTERRA’s cleansing blend. Today’s gift includes 3 different Zendocrine products, all of which will help you detox your body and clean your gut. To understand why this is important, let’s look at a health concept called “Toxic Load”.

Text In Image:
Reducing Toxic Load. All of these add to our body’s toxic load.
Inhalation: The air we breathe contains pollutants both indoors and outdoors.
Skin Absorption: Personal health and cleaning products.
Digestion: Chemicals used in processed foods, pesticides, and foods themselves.
Self-Administered: Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Overindulging.
Chemical Toxins: Pollutants, Allergens, Heavy Metals, Gases, Pesticides, Cleaning agents, Industrial Chemicals
Stress Hormones: Cortisol, Adrenaline
Internally-Produced Toxins: Gut bacteria imbalance, yeast overgrowth, lack of digestive enzymes, food sensitivies
Microorganisms: Mold, Bacteria, Viruses, Parasites

Boy, oh boy. The worst part is that all of these things stress your body out, causing “dis-ease”, inflammation, and health problems. Your body does have natural ways to remove all these toxins, but, if you are putting in more toxins than your body can process, it overloads your body and disease can occur.

But, now that you’ve seen this, let’s have some good news. The GOOD NEWS is that you can clean your body from all of that garbage! The reason I’m showing you this is because I want you to see how important it is to wash out your insides, not just your outsides! This internal cleaning process is called “detoxification” or “cleansing”.

I created a powerful cleanse program with the help of a professional nutritionist. It’s called the Fresh Start Cleanse. It features some of dōTERRA’s most powerful cleansing products, like Zendocrine. I offer this cleanse program completely free of charge to all my dōTERRA customers, because I want to help you be proactive with your health. You’ll need to purchase the products necessary for the cleanse, but you’ll get access to the cleanse content for free!

You can start the cleanse any time you’re ready, so why not plan to do it this Spring? You have all the products and education necessary to empower you to take back your health. So, in the new year, give yourself the gift of a fresh start!

Before you start today’s quiz, review these two practice questions!

If you would like to learn more, check out the Fresh Start Cleanse. It combines education with a flexible cleanse protocol.

Third Day of Christmas Quiz

Quiz Question:
a) What are 3 things that create a toxic load on your body?
b) What can you do to offset this toxic load?

How to answer:
Email response to admin@kimberleymilousis.com.

Kimberley’s Journal Entry – DAY 3
What do I want for Christmas?

It’s not realistic to have tropical trees in Canada though… For Christmas, I should really get something that’s really valuable and useful. Something like a GOLD MINIVAN should do well.

35 thoughts on “doTERRA Gave To Me…”

  1. The Fresh Start Cleanse sounds like something I need to do. I’m planning to start the MetaPWR program in the new year. Would you suggest doing the Fresh Start Cleanse before embarking on the MetaPWR program?

    1. You can definitely do the MetaPWR protocols without doing a cleanse prior, and cleansing is often best left for the spring. But, you should take note that the MetaPWR products have cleansing-type effects on the body. So, if your body is in need of cleansing, you may experience detox symptoms taking the MetaPWR products. There’s no one right way to start, but here are some things you could do:
      – start taking LLV right away to begin the restoration and detox process
      – give your body extra care and consideration as you start MetaPWR – drink lots of water, be patient with any detox symptoms you are experiencing and support yourself with a good diet and exercise.
      – take the two zendocrine supplements if the detox symptoms are bothersome
      – plan on doing a full cleanse in the Spring
      Hope that helps!

  2. I am overdo for a cleanse. 😬. A great breakfast recipe is the frittata I make: 4-6 eggs beaten in a bowl, add 1 tsp. garlic and onion powder, 1 tsp salt. Chop up some fresh rosemary and oregano, a piece of a red pepper and or tomato, chop green onion 1/4 cup. Heat up an oven safe frying pan on medium, put green onion, red pepper bits and or tomato bits, and herbs in oil or butter. Simmer for a minute. Pour in egg mixture… add 1/2 cup or more crumbled soft goat cheese on top, let sit for 5 mins on low. Put whole frying pan under broil for 1 or 2 mins. Use oven mitt, pull out, let cool and eat!

  3. Salmon poke Bowls (1 serving)
    3 oz wild salmon
    1/4 cup cooked rice
    1 cup spinach
1/4 cup each julienne cucumber, carrot; green onion, pickled pepper
    1 sheet toasted nori
    1 tbsp black sesame seeds
    Dressing
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp low sodium soy or tamari
    2 tsp hoisin
    1-2 drops ginger oil
    1-2 drops lemon grass oil
Layer spinach: cucumber; carrot, green onion, pepper in a bowl, add salmon on top drizzle dressing and add sesame seeds and flakes of nori on top

  4. Doing a regular cleanse or fast would definitely make a difference in our overall health. The elements of the world take such a toll on our bodies. It’s fantastic that we have such an amazing tool available for us. Zendocrine for the win!

  5. We absolutely love frozen smoothies. I freeze bits and bobs of left over fruits. Then I just blits them up on a nice warm day. Sometimes I add yogurt or/and essential oils. This is one of my favorite recipes!

    1. Doing a cleanse is good anytime, however our bodies are designed to hold store things in the winter. This is why I (Kimberley) recommend to do a cleanse in the Spring.

  6. a-morin@hotmail.ca

Shake and bake jelapeno popper chicken:
Butterfly chicken breast and cover in shake and bake. Stuff chicken with a mix of cream cheese with chopped jalapeños and add a slice of havarti cheese inside. Wrap chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon and bake in oven. It’s delicious

  7. I did my first cleanse this year, and it was hard but well worth it! Definitely planning another one in the new year! Trying to convince my Mom to join me on the cleanse, 😂. I know she would benefit from it, just like I did.

  8. CASHEW STIR FRY

3 tbsp. Braggs/Coconut Aminos 4 Cups mixed Vegetables
4 tsp brown rice flour ½ block of tofu cubed (optional)
1 tbsp. Honey ½ cup cashews (or other nuts)
1 tbsp. vegetable stock/ water (no m.s.g) 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    2 tbsp. sesame oil

Mix Braggs/Coconut Aminos, flour, honey, lemon juice stock & one tbsp. sesame seed oil in small pot. Brown Tofu in 1 Tbsp. of oil. Remove from pan. Add veggies and a bit of water to ‘steam’ them. Once tender, add cashews and pour sauce over all the vegetables. Serve over rice, quinoa or rice noodles.

  9. I would love to win this prize! I would like to do a cleanse in the Spring. I have done away with 95% chemicals in our home and make all natural cleaning products. We eat very little processed foods. Most meals are done from scratch and a lot of our food is home canned and all breads are home made. It makes such a difference in eating healthy. A little time consuming at times but definitely worth it!

  10. I have MANY favourite recipes…..but I have to say my chocolate peppermint shake every morning is a favourite.

    2 cups almond milk
    2 medjool dates
    1 drop peppermint oil
    1 tbls cocoa powder
1/4 avocado- I buy frozen from Costco
    4 ice cubes

    Blend and enjoy

    1. I have also made something very similar, it’s so yummy 😋!!! The peppermint oil is just lovely, it is definitely a wonderful breakfast. I wonder how this would be with a drop of super mint???

  11. My favourite healthy recipe, great for breakfast or dessert:

    Raw Pecan Pie

    Base
    3-4 Bananas
    1Mango
Slice banana into thin slices, enough to make a layer on the bottom of a pie plate. Top with layer of sliced mango. Top with another layer of sliced banana

    Filling
    1 cup Pecan halves
    12 Medjool dates
    3/4 cup Water
    PinchSea salt
Blend filling ingredients until nice and creamy. Spread over base

    Topping
    1/2 cup Pecan halves
    Raw Honey
Mix pecans & honey together. Thin with a little water, if needed. Place halves around the pie. Place the last of the pecans in the center of the pie

  12. I love these recipe shares! I have saved all these recipes and can’t wait to give them a try! Thank you all for sharing your favourite recipes, it’s so nice to try something different, and especially when they come with a recommendation!

  13. I’m so sad I missed this day! I can relate to the unclean-inside feeling and would greatly benefit from that package lol (but congratulations to the winner! <3 ) I'll have to save up a bit to buy it at a later date (not too much later though lol) and definitely take a swing at that Fresh Start Cleanse class in the Spring 🙂

My favourite healthy recipe is a simple, convenient, and inexpensive recipe (perfect for anytime of the year) and can be changed up to cater to your specific desires of flavour or base:

    https://www.allrecipes.com/article/roasting-frozen-vegetables/

I LOVE oven-roasted veggies, there is nothing like it to me, and even if you over-indulge a bit (which it's hard not to with these lol), it just means you're eating more veggies 😛
    * I won't lie, I don't follow this recipe to a 'T', as it calls for you to warm up the pan in the oven first and then arrange the veggies on it and pop it back in the oven, I just pre-heat the oven, prep my frozen veggies by tossing them in a bowl with olive oil or avocado oil and balsamic vinegar, or trade out the vinegar for 2 drops of Doterra Lemon or Rosemary (or one of each) essential oil, salt and pepper them to taste, put them as a single layer on the tray and pop them in for 15min, stir them around and pop them back in for another 15min (but depending on what you decide to use, veggie-wise, may or may not take a bit more or less time, so you'll have to keep an eye on it and play with it a bit to figure out our preference.)
I personally prefer them a bit more soft and browned around the edges, so I keep them in the oven for a bit longer, and you can use a bag of mixed veggies, or just broccoli, or just carrots, it's up to you.
I hope you guys enjoy it if you decide to try it out! 🙂

It is always a conflicting time for me when it comes to celebrating a birthday in my family because I want my kids to have the experience of a cake/cupcakes on their birthday, but I don't want all that sugar! I am so thankful I found this recipe: https://www.wellplated.com/healthy-chocolate-muffins/ I've had people ask me for this recipe, so that must really mean it is good!
