How To Order From The US Warehouse
on your Canadian doTERRA account
Looking for a doTERRA product in Canada and can’t find it? Trying looking in the US warehouse.
There are many items that are only available in the US Market, but (thankfully!) Canadians can order from the US warehouse too.
Here is an easy, step-by-step process on how to order from the US Warehouse on your Canadian doTERRA account.
Step 1: Website
If you on the US website you will not be able to add items to your bag. You’ll see the following message when you try to add an item to your bag:
“This item is not available for purchase in your market. Please return to your home market to see items that are available in your market.”
Step 2: Login
Log in to your account.
You will need your doTERRA ID number or the email address you signed up with as well as your password.
Step 3: Select warehouse
Once you are logged in, there is an option to select your warehouse.
Click on “US” to select the US warehouse.
You must select the US warehouse before creating a new LRP order otherwise you will be making a second LRP order from the Canadian market.
Step 4: Create New LRP
Create a new LRP and select your date. If you choose a date before the 15th of the month, you will be eligible for the free product of the month.
Once you’re finished, delete all the products out of your Canadian warehouse LRP.
FAQ: Can I change between markets on my LRP?
Yes! All your points will still be available to use in both markets, you will not lose your LRP steak that determines your reward percentage level.
Step 5: Pick products
Now is the fun part! Select the doTERRA products which you would like for your new US LRP order.
All the prices are shown in USD in the US warehouse.
Step 6: Process Order
Once you’ve selected your products, review and process your order.
Note that there is no tax. This is because there is a 6% increase in the USD prices which includes tax and duties. Therefore, you do not have to worry about being charged with a large duties fee once your package arrives.
