I can’t tell you the countless wrap “parties” I have thrown where women would be amazed to see 2-3 inches come off from their waist in a period of 2 hours.
The results can’t be guaranteed for all cases; it really depends on your health and fitness level. But what I can tell you is that you will definitely feel a difference as the wrap is designed to pull toxins out of your fat cells using a powerful blend of essential oils.
It’s kind of crazy the amount of toxins that our bodies stores in our fat cells! To have a better idea of just how many toxins you are releasing, you can measure your body parts (waist, thigh, etc.) before and after you apply the wrap to them. Then compare the results.
You can use this wrap pretty much anywhere on your body. Just don’t wrap your face!
- Mix your essential oils and fractionated coconut oil together in a glass spray bottle.
- Spray on tummy, hips, or thighs.
- Cover area with muslin (optional) and wrap with 3 layers of plastic wrap for 2-3 hours.
- You can even leave it on overnight, but I didn’t notice any significant difference when I did this. – only that I woke up trying to wrestle plastic wrap off my belly!
